#LoveYourJob – Crew Interview with Lucy
We’re back with another crew interview with one of our Customer Success Managers, Lucy!
First things first, coffee or tea?
I am a coffee person especially when Kevin makes it. In the afternoon, I usually opt for a boiling hot cup of tea (inside joke).
Tell us about your role at Secure Sense:
As a Customer Success Manager, I work directly with customers to make sure they are getting the best from their managed service. I work closely with internal departments like Sales and the SOC to ensure we’re listening to our customer’s needs, improving security processes and making sure the managed service runs smoothly.
What is your favourite part about working at Secure Sense?
The people. Secure Sense is filled with smart professionals who work hard, yet, still manage to make your day enjoyable by cracking a joke or two. There is never a dull moment, and everyone always makes time for you.
Do you have any advice for future employees?
The company culture is great at Secure Sense. If you enjoy working in a relaxed atmosphere and want to work hard to make a difference, then this is the place for you.
What was your favourite memory at Secure Sense?
Getting schooled by various employees during the table tennis tournament. Also, having my desk completely covered with post-it notes containing *special* jokes about the things that I like.
Lastly, what’s your superpower?
I’d say the ability to trash talk. This is considered an asset around the office.
